    • Mandatory Director Check-In – McAlister Auditorium Lobby Arrival -All students, including alternates, go to their appropriate rehearsal area and wait to be called to your seat.
  • 9:30am-9:45am
    • Seating of the Bands- Senior Band – McAlister Stage Clinic Band – Band Room Junior Band – Harper Hall
  • 9:45am-12:00pm
    • Rehearsal- All alternates should remain with their appropriate level band until seating is complete. The Alternate Band will rehearse in the V-J Conference room – 1st floor – beginning at 10:15.
  • 1:45pm-5:00pm
    • Rehearsal – all bands in the same locations

Armed Forces Day Reminders!

Armed Forces Day Parade is this Saturday on May 18th.

Attire:
Everyone- Khaki Pants/Shorts
Woodwinds- wear Red Shirts
Upper-Brass(Trumpet/Mellophones)- wear Red shirts
Low Brass- wear white shirts
Drum line- wear white shirts
Guard members- wear Blue (color on USA Flag)

Rehearsal @ 3:00 p.m. at the Peace Center for the Performing Arts (downtown Greenville)
Line Up for Parade 4:15 p.m.
Parade Begins @ 5:00 p.m.
Parade ends at “Fluor Field”

Honor Flight Info May 7

On May 7 The Woodmont High School Band will be performing for the Honor Flight Upstate SC. WWII Veterans will be flying out to Washington D.C. that morning. The veterans will be going “to see the memorial built in their honor, and to experience recognition for their service that literally saved the world”

We have the honor of welcoming them back to the upstate and playing for them as they disembark from the airplane.

      • black slacks are fine, skirts and dresses need to cover the knee if seated, black dress shoes

    • Dinner: Pelham Rd. Exit on 85
